Announcement on the appointment of the Accessibility Coordinator at the Commune Office in GalewiceThe Commune Office in Galewice informs that the Head of the Galewice Commune has appointed the Coordinator for Accessibility. The function
of the Coordinator will be performed by Mr. Piotr Kowalczyk, the Inspector of the Organizational and Administrative Department of the
Commune Office in Galewice.Legal basis
The appointment of an accessibility coordinator is the implementation of the obligation imposed on all public entities by the Act of
19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility to people with special needs.Tasks of the accessibility coordinator pursuant to the provisions of the Act, the tasks of the accessibility coordinator will include,
among others:
- supporting people with special needs in accessing services provided by the Galewice Commune Office;
- preparation and coordination of the implementation of an action plan to improve the provision of accessibility to people with special
needs by the Galewice Commune Office; - monitoring of the Commune Office in Galewice in terms of ensuring accessibility to people with
special needs. The accessibility coordinator will combine the new tasks with the existing duties in the Structure of the Commune Office
in Galewice.
